Butternut Squash Ravioli with goat cheese cream and toasted walnuts
INGREDIENTS
- 7 pieces Butternut Squash Ravioli
- 1 oz. goat cheese (cream cheese can be used as a substitute)
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 sage leave
- 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
- 2 tsp chopped walnuts, toasted
METHOD
Mix the goat cheese and heavy cream. Season the mixture with salt and set aside. In a pan, fry the sage in butter until golden brown. Once golden brown, add 1/3 cup water to the pan. Boil the ravioli for 4 minutes then add to the pan of browned butter for 1 minute. Spread the goat cheese cream over a plate and top with the ravioli. Garnish with chopped toasted walnuts.
